1. How does Buzz You In work?
Buzz You In works thusly...
After a resident signs up, we provide a phone number with a local area code for him to provide to the manager of the call box (landlord, property manager, etc.)
When someone calls for the resident on the call box the call is connected to our servers. At this point our servers check to see if there are any visitor passes outstanding.
If a visitor has responded to a visitor pass SMS text messgae within two minutes, the server will then play the appropriate
DTMF Tones. In the event there are no active passes the call will automatically be forwarded to the residents cell phone.
2. How much does Buzz You In cost?
Currently this service is free of charge.
3. What if I'm an apartment complex, and I want this service available to my residents?
Relax! Don't panic! You are not an apartment complex. You are probably still a person. In the event you represent an apartment complex, however, and would like to work with us just give us a call at 404-863-7814 or email us at buzz@buzzyouin.com.

5. I'm a visitor and the code that I was sent has expired, can I still get into the building?
That all depends. If the code has expired you can still hit the "#" key and then dial the resident's cell phone number and he or she can buzz you in.
For security purposes we will not connect you to any other phone number other than the resident.
6. I hear you guys are really handsome. Is that true?
